He attends settlement conferences, mediations, arbitrations and trials to assist in the resolution process. Paul shapes annuity payment schedules to suit the individual needs of each annuitant. He submits and reviews medical information to life insurance companies for substandard age ratings, and assists his clients with Internal Revenue Code guidelines and life insurance ratings.
Throughout his structured settlement career, Paul has worked a multitude of high-profile personal injury cases, including cases involving the 9-11 Victims’ Compensation Fund, the Staten Island Ferry crash and the Metrolink crash in Los Angeles. He actively promotes the structured settlement concept throughout the legal community.
