Diane draws on over 35 years of claims and structured settlement experience. Her experience and knowledge of claims issues and claim management span personal and commercial lines.
After graduating Cum Laude from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Individual and Family Studies in 1981, she joined Aetna Casualty and Surety Company where she served as Claims Adjuster, Claims Manager, and Regional Recovery Center Director up until 1990.
From 1990 -1996 she served as Regional Director for Structured Benefits, Inc. followed by serving Ringler Associates as Structured Annuity Specialist from 1996-1998. From 1998-2002, Diane served as Vice President, Annuity Broker for Financial Settlement Services until joining SFA.
Diane earned her Charter Property Casualty Underwriter designation (CPCU) in 1995, Associate In Claims (AIC) in 1995 as well and her Certified Structured Settlement Consultant designation from University of Notre Dame in 2000 and is a Professional Member of NSSTA, Diane is also a professional charter member of the National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals (NAMSAP) and serves as a CEU sponsor for the Dallas area.
Outside of business, Diane enjoys photography, gardening, and travel and is active in community outreach and church activities. Diane serves as chairman of the board for the Redeemer's Bridge Ministry, a mentoring program for at risk youth and is involved in feeding and ministering to the homeless each month in the inner city of Dallas.
