Structured Financial Associates, Inc. (SFA) is one of the largest structured settlement brokerage firms in the United States with over sixty consultants providing creative financial solutions through the use of structured settlements.  Structured settlements expedite claim resolution by working to provide for the specific on-going financial needs of the claimant.  Quicker claim resolution benefits all parties from the claimants and their families who are able to start anew, confident their financial needs are met, to defendants who are motivated to reach an equitable resolution of their claim.

SFA members strive to provide outstanding Structured Settlement services. During the course of the settlement process, SFA consultants work closely with clients and their attorneys, at no cost, to ensure that the financial needs of the injured party are met through the use of a structured settlement.  Clients can receive needs analysis, quotes, economic analysis and other services as needed. Claimant expenses such as future medical, educational funds, retirement planning, wage loss, etc., are carefully analyzed by the SFA consultant. At any time during the settlement process, the SFA consultant can answer any questions that arise regarding structured settlements. Once a settlement option has been selected, the SFA associate will work with all parties to take care of the details required to finalize the settlement.

SFA members will always provide an honest assessment as to whether a case should be structured.  Case evaluations are done with the utmost integrity and professionalism and if a case is not an appropriate candidate, the consultant will immediately advise the parties so they are free to pursue other settlement options.

Structured Financial Associates was founded in 1985 by eight brokers who were pioneers of the industry.  By combining their talents and resources, SFA's founders were not only able to access the major life carriers that write settlement annuities, they took advantage of the unique opportunity to create a new enterprise while working to shape and grow the fledgling industry.  

While SFA and the industry are vastly different today than they were twenty five years ago, SFA members continue to work with their peers to draw upon the skill sets of each member in order to help resolve claims.  SFA has also invested in technology and strategic partnerships over time in an effort to deliver truly unique services in an industry where many firms are unable to distinguish themselves from competitors.
